The order itself turned up fine and the prices were decent, so I’m not saying it was a bad experience overall. But getting the VAT invoice took more effort than I expected, and I did have to email and wait a couple of days before it was sent over.
It wasn’t the end of the world, and to be fair the invoice was correct once I got it, but it’s a bit frustrating when you need it for accounts. I’d still order again, I just hope they sort out the invoice side so it’s more automatic
